Sushi board

The handmade HERR STRABERGER Sushi board made of carefully selected, knot- and crack-free ash wood.

With a thickness of 40 mm, each sushi board is made from a single piece of ash without any gluing.

The milled strips give the sushi board a special look that creates an image of floating.

It should be particularly emphasized that the wood for this exceptional product was personally selected and sourced by Mr. STRABERGER and comes from southern Burgenland, the Bucklige Welt or eastern Styria. This underlines the dedication to quality and authenticity.

On the underside of the sushi board is an ID that contains information about the origin of the log and the people who created the piece.
